This is a truly bizarre album. Tracks such as 'Got To Reach The Word Limit' and 'I Like Unnecessarily Long Adjectives' cannot fail to raise an eyebrow or two. Both tracks highlight DJ food's recent move away from his old style to a more refreshing sound. However, there is still plenty to satisfy followers of the original DJ food beat. The tracks 'Just A Few Words Left' and 'Almost There' are fine examples of why DJ Food's music is loved by so many people. This is a fine CD.

I love this DJ. He moves me beyond belief, taking the big beat to an art form. "Almost There" evokes a true sense of the desperate struggle of man to achieve his devious ends and my own personal favourite is "I Thought Of It First", a emotively mixed account of what I interpret to represent the torment of a man plagiarised and forgotten. His older style also features in abundance and I love the passion with which this admittedly bizzare DJ presents his aural offerings. This CD comes highly recommended to anyone who feels that their collection needs something different, something unpredictable, something frankly unknown. Nice.

Fresh style and some truly meaningful content. It's unexpected and when you find the connection you'll be left wondering how you didn't figure it out before. All tracks on this album are worth several other CDs in their own right and I find it hard to decide on the most satisfying. If I had to choose, I think I'd settle for "And This Is Only the Beginning". This track sums up the feeling of an idle thought which spirals into something almost revolutionary that can only reap rewards. Long may it continue.
