Pont y Pant to Penny Pass & return to Pont y Pant

From Pont y Pant to betws y Coed is all down hill and from there to Penny Pass is mainly uphill with quite a drag up to the car park. This ride was made to complete the ride from lands End to Snowdon since I had used a car on the previous day.
The ride was completed without any rain and the tops where clearer. Where we lost our way on the way down yesterday after the zig zags we should have remained as high as possible according to the warden who passed us on our way down yesterday and was at the Penny Pass centre today. Seems the money has run out for further new path work so they lead everybody onto some broken ground after some very impressive paths. Not the safest of ways to organise the masses who want to go up Snowdon.
