DAVID DEXTER 'IMPROPERLY' BARS ELECTED FSB NATIONAL COUNCILLOR |
On 18 Aug 99 Mr Alan Williams defeated Mr Webster Frater in an election to appoint the FSB National Councillor for the FSB Staffordshire and West Midlands Region. However in spite of the written evidence available David Dexter refused to accept Alan Williams qualification to take up his position. On 31 Aug 99, in a memo to Hubert Taylor, the then Regional Secretary, David Dexter stated that he had written to two former regional officers, namely Gerald Godby and Mrs Kate Anslow to ask them to confirm the date on which Alan Williams was first appointed to the regional committee. Complicity and Collusion Both Gerald Godby and Kate Anslow were implicated in an alleged fraudulent letting of a 'so-called' West Midlands regional office to the FSB by Kate Anslow's company, City & Provincial Construction Ltd. During the period of the alleged fraud Gerald Godby was an FSB director and FSB West Midlands Regional Chairman; Kate Anslow was FSB West Midlands Regional Secretary; Kate Anslow's husband Don Anslow was an FSB director/shadow director and FSB West Midlands Regional Treasurer. Vested Interests When he was elected as FSB West Midlands Regional Vice-Chairman at an Extra-Oringanry General Meeting (EOGM), in February 1998, Alan Williams declared to members that he would seek to investigate and expose any shady financial and administrative goings on such as that which had led to the need to call the Extar-Ordinary General Meeting. Clearly, David Dexter's involvement in any such untoward going on it, stood to be exposed by Alan Williams in his role as FSB National Councillor/director/shadow-director. Perhaps that explains the apparent collusion between David Dexter, Gerald Godby and Kate Ansow to keep Alan Williams off of the FSB National Council and from being registered as an FSB director. Now Let The Facts Be Heard If these are not accurate facts and assessments then let those concerned agree to put the facts before a tribunal independent of the FSB and its directors and agents.
