In a memo dated 16 September 1999, to regional secretaries, David Dexter deliberately stated criteria for qualification to serve as national councillor and deputy national councillor, which were contrary to the conditions laid down by the FSB National Council.

Prior to that memo David Dexter had misinformed FSB directors / shadow directors at an FSB National Council meeting to conclude his improper campaign to bar FSB West Midlands Regional Vice-Chairman, Alan&Williams from taking up a position as a director on the FSB National Council. The circulation of his inaccurate memo was perceived as an act to rubber stamp his action to bar Alan Williams.

Alan Williams is a powerful speaker and an honest man. He owns a substantial business in Staffordshire and as an FSB director Alan Williams would have been in a position to ensure that events alleged improprieties the the FSB West Midlands Region were accurately reported to FSB directors at their council meetings.

David Dexter is clearly averse, possibly 'criminally allergic', to honest dealings. He should be, and will ultimately must be exposed as corrupt and a corruptive influence upon FSB affairs.
