Things have moved on really quickly since the boat has been at Droitwich. The fitout work started on 29 March and by the time we visited on 1st April, the bottom of the boat had been Waxoiled, fitted with thin hardwood laths and the ballast slabs laid on top. The floor had also been laid, the battening was in place as was most of the insulation. We next visited on 9th April by which time most of the lining was in place and the main bulkheads fitted.

This is the front cabin. the stainless steel water tank will be under the foot of the bed.

This photo looks from the lounge area towards the galley. the cooker is big and so it has been an early arrival to ensure safe passage.

This picture looks from the front cabin through the lounge area. Although there are full height bulkheads in place at present these will be cut back later.

By 17th April, much of the carcassing for the internal units was in place.

In this view, the dinette is on the left and has a cupboard at the end for drinks. We must get our priorities right.

This view of the galley shows the unit where the sink will be on the left and a unit to provide an angled cupboard and house the fridge is on the right.

In these two views of the bathroom, you can make out the curved front to the vanity unit which has a full height cupboard behind it. This will provide a small high level cupboard above the vanity unit and below it, a tall hanging cupboard which will be accessed from the corridor.
