The house has three bedrooms, 1 bunk and two doubles, main double en suite. Lounge and dining area with views to the mountains, kitchen with cooker, dishwasher and a breakfast area. There's a separate wet room for skis and boots with a washing machine & dryer.  There are two bathrooms with showers and a sauna.

Inside

The house is located around 12 minutes from the piste at Borovets.  Borovets is in the process of extending hugely, with the super Borovets projects.  There's a current 2008 piste map below.  You need to be able to do some buttons if you want to ski the very top of the mountain but there's plenty of easy blues and greens around the main resort.

Transfer times are 45 minutes from the main airport at Sofia.  You can fly from Gatwick with EasyJet from Gatwick or Wizz Air from Luton or  Bulgarian Air or British Airways from Heathrow.  All reasonable priced especially if you book ahead.

       

There's a Jeep Cherokee you can hire or smaller cars are cheaper from the airport. The house is about 8 minutes drive from restaurants & supermarket in Samakov. Parking varies from free to £4 a day and lift passes vary depending on which part of the piste you go to, but the prices are roughly 40% of French prices.

We have a friend out there who can give you a taxi ride for around £10 to and from the town.
