Frederick seems more likely to be their grandson, birth is in Dec 1890 GRO.
On the next census Sarah is married but they are still with William, she has children but Frederick is not with them
although unmarried Henry is.

side of William and Ann.� The daughter and grand-daughter are Marshs, I wonder if she married
