The emphasis in the teaching and learning will be on reciprocal learning and will involve a mixture of tutor-led, group and independent learning, with continuous emphasis on reflective practice.
This will include facilitated learning situations where students can work interactively through group and individual tasks.
Students will help each other to see ways of evolving new ideas, improving their practice and exploring new approaches and processes.
Students will develop an understanding of methods, approaches and social processes that reflect difference.
Independent study will be supported by tutorial guidance and by advice given in their chosen work context.
Students will negotiate programmes for reflective and independent practice through electronic learning contracts.
