Presented in their own little brocade covered box, these Health Balls work on acupressure points in the hands and are invaluable for increasing and maintaining flexibility and dexterity in the hands and fingers. If you have never used them befoe, or have small or arthritic hands, it is advisable to start off with 35mm size and move up sizes as dexterity allows.
