Agreed that play off for promotion
would be top 2XV in 4E (N&M) and 4E (E&S) likely scenario Morgan
Acad FP 2 and Murrayfield Wanderers 2 or Linlithgow 2. Whitecraigs v
Kilmarnock subject of appeal report to be submitted by AK to be put
forward to Appeal panel. Kirkcaldy v
West BS acknowledged that whilst decision was made to allow dispensation to
West it may not have been the correct decision thereby creating a number
of unfortunate circumstances for Kirkcaldy. Cumbernauld v
Strathendrick ineligible player (Rory Kerr West of Scotland playing for
Strathendrick). Strathendrick have asked to see Cumbernauld complaint
(provided Cumbernauld agree). Strathendrick subsequently forfeited match. Dundee HSFP v
Glasgow Hawks - note from Peter Wright
that Dundee used 6 replacements without agreement but no suggestion of
claim. Clarification of rules to be inserted
Replacements maximum 4 permitted but up to max 7 permitted if both clubs
agree. Garnock
request to re=-schedule match v Perthshire on 18 April BS to respond by
letter. |
