July 2005: Rendering continues, slowly.

June 2005: External yeso rendering has started on Phase IV, and the terrace beams are being installed.

April 2005: The pools are open and lit at night

Feb 2005: Now that the community is funded, the grounds have been seeded and watered and the swimming pools are being cleaned and refilled. The lifts are working, floodlights have been installed on the tennis court

Feb 2005: construction is continuing on phase IV
