We have five Ladies, six mens, two mixed, one vets & various colts teams. There are regular socials throughout the season, which are posted on this website as well as the notice boards at the Club House & in the Club handbook.

Centurions (Veterans) play in London League Super Vets A & B Leagues

There are mens / ladies summer hockey leagues & friendlies.

There is Sunday mixed hockey, as well as tournaments throughout the season. We also participate in the national knockout cup.

We attend tournaments throughout the UK & Europe at various times of the year. Playing standard is not important, a strong drinking arm is!!

The Ladies section have two indoor teams.

We have our own astro on the ground and five superb grass pitches as well as our Club House, most league games are played on astro.

The Ladies teams train at Faulkners every Wednesday night from 8.00 pm - 9.30 pm.

The Men's 1st & 2nd XI's train at Faulkners every Tuesday evening from 7.30 pm-9.30 pm.

All other Men's XI's train at Faulkners every Thursday evening from 7.30 pm - 9.30 pm.

Colts training, ages 3 to 16, takes place on a Sunday morning from 10.00 am - 12:30 pm and on Tuesdays from 7.30 - 8.30 pm.

Coaches

Club Colours

Club colours are light blue & dark blue halved shirts & hooped socks. Dark blue shorts/skirts. Club kit is available from Vince Rowley or Keith Hine. Please take a white shirt to all games in the event of a colour clash.

Staines has two FIH, three EHL, four South and a number of registered Middlesex umpires.

There is a pool of Club umpires with an ongoing development scheme to encourage players to take up the whistle now that more leagues require HEL Level 1umpires.

Subscriptions are £100 if paid before 31 October or £96 if paying by Standing Order. There is also a membership referral scheme, whereby if an existing member introduces a new fully paid up member, they receive £30 back from their annual subscription, or £10 if it's a student. Match fees are paid to the Team Captain on the day of the match.
