	Primula AUREATA	Asiatic petiolarid primula uniquely for the subsection coloured yellow. Described by John Richards as "The most desirable and beautiful of all primulas".
	Primula BHUTANICA	Asiatic primula found in Bhutan Assam and Tibet. Distinguished from P. Whitei by its narrower resting buds.
	Primula BRACTEOSA	Asiatic primula found mostly in central Bhutan.
	Primula CALDERIANA	From the Himalayas.
	Primula CHIONANTHA	Nivalid primula found in mountain pastures of Western China and Tibet.
	Primula CLARKEI	Rare mat forming asiatic primula found in Kashmir.
	Primula DENTICULATA	Commonly called 'The Drumstick Primula' this Himalayan species or more likely its improved forms are often grown in the garden.
	Primula EDGWORTHII	Asiatic primula from western himalayas. A lovely petiolarid with flowers grouped in the middle of farinose leaves.
	Primula ERYTHROCARPA	Asiatic primula from Bhutan, Tibet and Assam. Grows in wet forest clearings.

	Primula WHITEI	Asiatic primula found in Bhutan and Tibet. Distinguished from P. Bhutanica by its broader resting buds.
	Primula x ARDUAINE	A petiolarid primula hybrid, almost certainly from a cross between Primula Bhutanica and Primula Whitei.
	Primula x NETTA DENNIS	Probably the most frequently shown petiolarid hybrid. Bred by John Dennis and named after his wife.
