Warner's Tyres was established in 1999 by myself, Daniel Warner. After gaining more than ten years experience working for both independent and international tyre companies, working my way up from trainee fitter to manager, I took the decision to start my own tyre and exhaust business.
It was always my ambition to set up my own depot, but it took a long time to find the right premises and to be in a position to organise everything to the professional standards I wanted to achieve, and I am very pleased with the feedback and repeat business Warners Tyres generates.
By 2003 I was struggling to run the business single handed, my friend John had been helping me on Saturday mornings for some time, so I asked if John would join Warners Tyres full time, and he agreed.
I am very proud that most of our customers come from word of mouth recommendations or repeat business, and I have never spent money on advertising, preferring to offer good service and value for money, and rely on word of mouth for new customers.
