Jim Rickman now has travel guidebooks written for Japan, Thailand, Australia, and New Zealand. The reason he writes travel books is that he is fixated with public transport. He therefore wants everybody on the planet, wherever they might be, to know how to get everywhere else, whether they actually want to go there or not, as cheaply as possible, by the most efficient route, and to understand every detail of how they got there and what they went past on the way. Apart from this he is fairly normal, and so not really worth wasting time telling you about.
