Federation of Small Businesses Scandal!
LETTER FROM And TO FSB SOLICITOR

FSB's Solicitor Did Not Know
The Organisation's Correct Name!

The bullying attitude of the FSB 'establishment' and its representative and agents is reflected in the tone of a letter dated 9 March 2000 received from an FSB appointed London solicitor, Roderick Dadak of Lewis Silkin Solicitors.

Embarrassingly, the solicitor clearly did not know the correct title of the FSB. He described the FSB first by one title, then another. A charitable explanation maybe that the letter was checked before it was signed.

More seriously, perhaps the solicitor did not have to know his client or the facts of the matter because the aim was to make empty threats and to bully and frighten to within draw publication of his facts of his allegations of fraud amd maladministration in FSB affairs.
