The Pork we sell comes only from female pigs as they produce the finest texture, again with a little extra fat for its cooking qualities hopefully creating a nice pork roast without a strong pig flavour.

The traditional Old English Pork we sell is from the Old English Saddleback and Gloucester Old Spot breeds, this has a real depth of flavour with crackling like it should be! These pigs are free ranged on the slope of Morwelham Quay, kept totally as natural as they can be and it is from these pigs we produce our Lanson traditional sausages and from our female white pigs we produce our well known Farmhouse Pure Pork Sausage.

Bacon and Ham's sold by us come from Wiltshire, still the home of old style dry-cured bacon, again with a little fat to help cook and give you a good texture, this product contains no added water or chemicals. Bacon, just as it should be, totally natural!
