On April 17th we went to a St Georges Day joust. There was hundreds of people there, half of which were re-enactors.

There were tents with smelters, chefs and fletchers as well as demonstrations of sword play, archery and falconry. There was a medieval battle and of course the Joust.

It was a wonderful day and has really got me excited about possible future re-enactments and historical venues.
