Swiss Pairs : A competition running for 8 sessions, each on the second Monday of the month. Each session will consist of 3 matches with each match being scored across the field. Pairs unable to play in a session will receive an appropriate VP score for missed sessions, provided that the Chief Tournament Director is informed of their absence in advance of any session missed.

January Pairs : There will be 2 sessions in this event; overall winners are the pair with the highest average percentage across two sessions.

Summer Pairs : This pairs competition will run over 10 Mondays, and your best 6 scores count. Only the best score with any one partner will count.

Summer Teams : this is a mutli-session teams event, in which teams can change each session. The top half of the field receive VPs, and at most 2 scores with any one partner can count.

Swiss Teams : There are 6 sessions each consisting of two 14-board matches, which always take place on the third Monday of the month. The top four teams qualify for an all-play-all final of two further sessions for the Winter Teams Trophy, while the remaining teams continue to compete for the Swiss Teams Trophy.

County League : A teams event of ten sessions with head-to-head matches of 28 boards. When the entries are known the teams are organised into divisions, taking into account the ability of each team and their performance during the previous season. The closing date for entries is end of play, Monday 19th September.

Pivot Teams : A four session event consisting of three 9-board matches. Each player must play one match with each of the other three members of the team
