The Derby Cycling Group works to promote cycling as an enjoyable, healthy, economical and environmentally friendly form of transport. Since its formation in 1979, it has campaigned to improve the conditions for cyclists in Derby and increase the role of cycling in the city's transportation system. It is a completely voluntary organisation which relies entirely on members' subscriptions and donations for its funding. Meetings are held every month throughout the year and all members are invited to attend.

Please browse through our web site to find out more about our activities. Better yet, why not joins us and helps us in our quest to increase cycling in Derby and promote sustainable transport.
