Mr Toffee lives in a large indoor rabbit hutch, much like a giant hamster cage. It has a plastic washable bottom and wire top half with a large opening on the top and smaller one on the side. He always has in there: Wheel, hedgie bag, food and water bowls. The other items I change.
At the moment the wheel is on the left, the bowels against the back wall and the hedgie bag in the far right corner. There is also a large ferret tube along the bottom and couple of toys –little yellow rugby ball and a small soft toy- in the middle. I like to leave him a second place to hide and I change the layout toys and set up once a week or so.
He usually sleeps in his hedgie bag. It is a fleece sleeping bag with a wide opening at one end. It is important there are no loose threads for his limbs to get caught in.
