Trekking Kit List

This kit list is for typical teahouse trekking routes but it is by no means an exhaustive list. These items are merely my suggestions - at the end of the day, a lot is down to personal preference. Please do pay close attention to the essentials. Quantities are cumulative (i.e. optional items should be added to essential). For a camping kit list, click here.
