If you have been waiting a long time for delivery of your order, or if the order has arrived damaged or incomplete, please e-mail Jim Rickman at travelbook@jimsguides.co.uk and let him know.

If there is any problem connected with the credit card payment, or if you need to ask for your money back instead of replacement goods, you might need to contact PayPal or PayMate or CCNow (one of whom will have dealt with the money). However, since it is always better for everyone if the original transaction can be completed and faults rectified, please see if Jim can sort things out first. He is also always interested to hear comments (preferably constructive ones!)...
