Reasons Behind This FSB Scandal Website

Headlines ...

  • THIS WEBSITE will continue to be update until the FSB's act is cleaned-up and members are served with integrity, and several of its present directors and senior representatives resign or are removed from office, and the state of affairs investigated by an authority beyond that of the directors of the FSB, and certainly outside of the sphere of influence of the current Company Secretary David Dexter, who who is wihtou credibility:

    Information will be published on this website based upon principles, including the following:

    • CORROBORATED FATS of members experiences,
    • REPORTS SUPPORTED by documented facts,
    • PROFESSIONAL ADVICE will be heard if it is made available free of charge,
  • THE OBJECTIVE of publishing this web-page is to ensure that the FSB is run according to its laid down constitutional documents. Those documents form a legal contract between the FSB body and each individual member.

    CURRENTLY MEMBER'S CONTRACT with the FSB is being breach by the 'mis-leadership of a manifestly 'elitist band' of activists' who currently dominate FSB affairs. Members outside of the 'band' are bullied to the point of shameful expulsion from the FSB or paid-off from FSB funds to to avoid exposure of the real nature of the organisation.

    THE 'ELITIST BAND' though few in number, have exercised almost total dominance at executive directors level of the FSB for over two decades;

    • SMALL NUMBER of long-standing members who have illicitly taken control of the directorship of the FSB and abused their ill-gotten power to exercise and demonstrate 'elitist tendencies';

    • UNHEALTHY AND DISPROPORTIONAL control of FSB affairs is exercised by the small 'elitist band' who sustain their dominance by the drafting and passage of 'incestuous rules';

    • 'elitist band' should have review conduct independently reviewed.

    • the 'band' attempt to portray an FSB which is member-lead but rather the FSB primarily serves them.

  • THE FSB now needs to become truly member-lead and democratically run, as laid down in its constitution.

  • THE AIM and aspirations of the small-business people who contribute £millions in hard-earned subscriptions to the FSB should be allowed to influence the formulation FSB policies and procedures in an atmosphere of transparency, trust and mutual respect among members.

  • THE REALITY of the present situation within the FSB, was exemplified by events in the FSB Staffordshire & West Midlands Region, where 'the jack boots' of the 'elitist band' stamped down upon certain individuals and locally elected regional officers WHO DARED TO ASK QUESTIONS about current FSB policies and procedures.

  • IN EFFECT at present an FSB member risks humiliation if they by ask searching questions about the management of FSB funds despite the substantial sums involved. In 1999 subscriptions income was reported to top £10million. In cash terms it was probably nearer £11 million by the addition of subscriptions from members for the succeeding year.

  • ALL REPORTS published within this FSB topic are and will be, substantiated by documented facts.

  • ALL REPORTS published within this FSB topic have and will continue to be published to protect and to promote the interests of the members of the FSB and the interest of the UK public.
