What: Secluded detached cottage with sea views with pool and private tropical garden. Ideal for honeymooners or for those after privacy. Good value for the more discerning backpacker too!
Beach: Beach cleared of coral, but no swimming. Muri Lagoon 10-15mins by bicycle.

Features:

• Conveniently located in Matavera, 200metres south of Perfumes of Rarotonga
• Overlooking the sea with shared pool and gardens
• Full cooking facilities including crockery, microwave, cooker and oven, fridge, toaster, liquidiser, griddle and kettle
• Radio, CD/cassette player and TV and fan
• Double bed with single bed downstairs.
• An outdoor deck faces the sea has a comfortable style of chairs and table. Use of a gas barbecue is also available.
• Downstairs contains a full laundry service as well as toilet with shower and a spare bed.
  Although the beach has been cleared of coral it is not possible to swim in the sea although the pool is just as relaxing. Muri Lagoon is just 10-15 minutes away on a pushbike.
• Bus stops at the front door.

Additional information:

On arrival at the airport you will be greeted by the friendly Henry Hoff who will drive you to the bungalow. Here you will be welcomed by freshly prepared flower arrangements, fruit and a small supply of food essentials (tea/coffee, milk, bread, margarine and jam).

Check in 12.00 noon. Check Out: 10.00am. Early check-in and Late check-out is available – price on request.

1) Contact me with the property and dates of your choice. (Lettings will usually be on a Saturday-to-Saturday basis).

2) I will then check availability and provisionally book your accommodation before getting in touch with you.

3) Provide a non-refundable deposit of 15% of the property price.

4) Balance of payment is due on the commencement date of your stay at the property as stated on the confirmation letter.
